Hello 2026! Year Of The Lunch Thief™️

The LunchThief crew is not your everyday group of buttoned up MBAs from the Northeast…not that there is anything wrong with that! Full disclosure some of the most meaningful things we learned in college were all the lyrics to the world renowned Beastie Boys album Paul’s Boutique (if you know, you know) and how to light a match in the wind with one hand. Perhaps our most impressive higher education achievement was mastering the physics of consuming beer upside down via a handstand on top of a properly iced down keg in a trash barrel. We scored an A+ all six years in that class and even wrote our thesis on it!

Today by design when trends and people zig, we defiantly go out of our way to zag. Accepting the status quo is definitely not one of our strengths and being told something isn’t possible is high grade fuel for our entrepreneurial rocket ship. As with all fork (pun intended) in the road business decisions choosing the route less traveled is not always the most efficient strategy but we would not have it any other way. Don’t look now but LunchThief is full throttle launching into 2026 where good spirited industry wide disruption is the special of the day (did it again).
